MEAT PLATTER: Two mini beef wellingtons; Salad of corned beef and coleslaw served with berry ketchup and berries; Chicken espetada wrap with guacamole and herb salad; Two antipasto bundles with salami, sweet peppers and olives

CHEESE: Flower decorated goat’s cheese log; Orange marinated brie; Emmenthaler triangles; Fig, walnut and parmesan biscotti; Whipped feta and fresh fruit
SIDES: Tomato and lemon tart with toffee tomatoes; Beetroot Napoleons with salmon roses; Greek asparagus salad with peas dressed with a lemon and Dijon mustard vinaigrette

SWEET VALENTINE: Fudge two ways - white chocolate fudge with dried cranberries and dried strawberries, and dark chocolate and chili fudge
