Formerly associated with Carlton Café + Delicious The Food Shop, our team comprises Rachel Botes, a chef, researcher of food history and culture, and a qualified butcher and food consultant; and Louise de Beer, a chef specialising in vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free fare.
